As part of a move to focus attention on its new AIOps Platform, Trextel sold its SP division to Nordicom Technologies.
ATLANTA, March 3, 2020 –Trextel, a leader in network management and deployment solutions, today announced the limited sale of its Solution Provider (SP) Division to Nordicom Technologies, an AT&T Platinum Elite Solution Provider. The acquisition is designed to maximize focus for each company’s area of expertise by providing Trextel’s SP customers with Nordicom’s best-in-class award winning Service. Under the specific acquisition agreement, Trextel will become a sub-agent of Nordicom for SP transactions, allowing for a seamless transition to existing customers.
