IntelliTrex uses machine learning and Trextel’s patent pending cellular grading system to proactively monitor network devices, cellular, broadband and SD-WAN in order to minimize downtime and maximize productivity by automatically addressing issues before staff and customers even realize there was a problem.

The development of IntelliTrex is the result of nearly 30 years of industry experience by Chris Garrett, Director of Customer Support at Trextel. Chris’s vision was to provide a completely new approach to managed services by building a platform that analyses data and learns from historical processes unique to each environment. Chris was recently promoted to the role of Director of Customer Support, along with Randy Arendell, as Manager of Managed Services, and Will Hill as Manager of Customer Support, in order to oversee key departments responsible for the IntelliTrex platform.
